Principal Cloud Architect & AI Integrator · borcroc

I've spent the better part of my career designing and operating cloud infrastructure — the kind of work that teaches you, quickly, that technology is only as good as the problems it solves for real people.

When AI started moving fast, I didn't watch from the sidelines. I got hands-on: building integrations, understanding the models, mapping what AI can and can't do reliably in production. That exploration became borcroc.

borcroc exists to bridge the gap between "we heard AI can help us" and "here's AI actually running in our product." That gap is mostly an architecture and integration problem — exactly where I operate.

Alongside consulting work, I'm building BA-Star — a platform I wished existed when working with large engineering teams. The cognitive overhead of modern Scrum is real; most of it can be automated without losing the human judgment that actually matters.

AI that earns its keep

Production-grade, not prototype

Every integration is built with the same rigour as the cloud infrastructure behind it — secure, observable, and designed to run at scale.

Fits your stack, not the other way around

We don't sell a product and force-fit your problem into it. We start with your tools, your data, and your team — then design the integration.

Speed without shortcuts

AI moves fast. But shipping something that breaks trust — through hallucinations, data leaks, or brittle behaviour — sets you back further than moving carefully.
